Diagnostics
Icebox performs systematic diagnostics on commercial HVAC equipment to identify the root cause of performance issues. Diagnostics cover electrical systems, refrigerant circuits, airflow, controls, and mechanical components. Findings are documented and communicated clearly so building owners and managers can make informed decisions about repairs or replacements.
Preventive Maintenance
Scheduled preventive maintenance helps extend equipment life and maintain consistent system performance. Icebox performs filter changes, coil cleaning, belt inspection, refrigerant checks, control calibration, and safety device testing as part of a structured maintenance program. All maintenance work is documented and accessible through the client portal.
Component-Level Repair
When equipment fails or underperforms, Icebox performs component-level repair to restore operation. This includes compressor replacement, motor replacement, control board repair, refrigerant leak detection and repair, contactor and relay replacement, and other component-level work. Repairs are performed according to manufacturer service procedures and documented in the service record.
Boiler Service
Icebox services, troubleshoots, and performs component-level repair on existing boiler systems. This includes burner tuning, control diagnostics, safety device testing, and component replacement. Boiler service work is documented and tracked alongside other HVAC service records.
Note: Icebox does not install new boilers. New boiler installation is outside our scope of services.
Client Portal
Service history, work orders, and maintenance records are tracked through the Icebox client portal at app.iceboxhvacr.com. Clients with active service agreements can access equipment records, view completed work, and review upcoming scheduled maintenance.
