Commercial HVAC for Restaurants and Commercial Kitchens.
Kitchen ventilation, make-up air, comfort cooling, and exhaust systems for commercial food-service environments.
Icebox maintains an active portfolio of restaurant and commercial kitchen projects.
Who This Is For
This page is for restaurant owners, kitchen operators, food-service facility managers, and franchise groups responsible for the mechanical systems in commercial kitchen environments. Icebox provides the HVAC and ventilation services that food-service operations require, while maintaining clear boundaries around services that fall outside our scope.
Kitchen HVAC Expertise
Commercial kitchens present unique mechanical challenges: high heat loads, grease-laden exhaust, make-up air balancing, and code-driven ventilation requirements. Icebox addresses these challenges through properly engineered systems that are designed for the specific demands of each kitchen environment.
Our scope includes kitchen exhaust and ventilation systems, make-up air units, comfort cooling for front-of-house and dining areas, walk-in cooler and freezer refrigeration support, and preventive maintenance programs designed around the operational schedule of food-service businesses.
Important: Fire-Suppression Exclusion
Icebox does not design, install, maintain, repair, or inspect fire-suppression systems. This includes kitchen hood fire-suppression systems, sprinkler systems, and all related fire-protection equipment. This exclusion applies across all property types, all project phases, and from the point of initial inquiry through project completion. Fire-suppression needs must be addressed by a licensed fire-protection contractor.
Portfolio
Icebox maintains an active portfolio of restaurant and commercial kitchen projects. Current named clients include Mission Food Ronkonkoma and Lennys, each receiving tailored commercial HVAC services for their food-service operations.
