Our approach is platform-agnostic. Icebox is not locked to a single vendor and can work with existing BMS infrastructure regardless of the installed platform. This allows building owners to maintain their current systems without being forced into a platform change during equipment upgrades.
DDC Controls & Pneumatic-to-DDC Conversion
Icebox installs, programs, and commissions direct digital control (DDC) systems for commercial HVAC equipment. For older buildings with legacy pneumatic controls, Icebox performs pneumatic-to-DDC conversions including actuator replacement, controller installation, sequence programming, and BMS integration.
Performance-Scope Qualifier
Icebox warrants workmanship on all controls and BMS work. Integration performance outcomes are not guaranteed. Building automation performance depends on many factors beyond the controls installation, including equipment condition, building envelope characteristics, occupancy patterns, and network infrastructure. Icebox performs its scope of work according to industry standards and project specifications.
