Capital Project Scope
Icebox handles commercial HVAC installation for new construction, tenant build-outs, system replacements, and capital improvement projects. Our scope covers equipment setting, refrigerant piping, condensate drainage, electrical connections (within HVAC scope), ductwork tie-ins, startup, and commissioning.
Each installation follows the approved design documents, manufacturer installation requirements, and applicable building codes. Icebox coordinates with the project team to align the mechanical installation with the overall construction schedule.

Installation projects that involve design documents, permits, or code filings are coordinated with the project architect. The architect operates independently under their own seal and is responsible for sealed documents and filings. Icebox aligns field execution with the approved mechanical design.
